Palm Beach Weightlifting athletes have been preparing for the 2023 Florida Weightlifting Federation State Championships.

Our 2023 States roster includes athletes in 3 age categories Youth, Junior, and Senior.

States is an important stop along the way for some of these athletes who have already qualified for National Level competitions and for a few the chance to hit a large enough total to make it to nationals!
